Mike Kaminsky is living his dream. Some days, he’s in the studio or on a video shoot with musicians. Others, he’s travelling halfway across the world to support them. He handles the details so that his clients can focus on making music. Mike loves being surrounded by creative people, in his free time as well as at work. That’s why every month he hosts a party at his house, Casa de Awesome. The party, which he calls a Hootenanny, brings together all the musicians, artists, and chefs in his life

Combine flour and margarine with a pastry cutter until crumbly. Add egg yolks, sour cream, and vanilla, mixing until dough forms. Chill for about an hour. Preheat oven to 350° F. Divide dough into four equal sections. On a board covered with powdered sugar, roll out a section of dough into a 9” x 12” rectangle and cut into ⅝ ” x 9” strips.
